Conference fees and registration
Official conference registration began on February 1, 2013. In order to be included in the final programme the deadline for presenter registration is April 1, 2013.
To participate in the conference, presenters must register and attend the meeting in person on both days (June 14-15). We won’t be able to accommodate video-conferencing for any of the accepted presentations.
The full conference registration fee is £60.
There are some places available at a discounted rate (£30) for students and unwaged individuals.
There are also a few free places available for presenters who reside in lower income countries (http://data.worldbank.org/income-level/LIC) or lower middle income countries (http://data.worldbank.org/income-level/LMC).
As both discounted and free places are limited, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate all requests. In any case, requests by individuals with little or no travel funding from other sources will be privileged.
The conference fee includes all sessions and keynotes, coffee and refreshments on both days, a light reception at the end of the first day, and a lunch on the second day of the conference. All conference participants are responsible for their travel and accommodation expenses. More information on conference hotels and other affordable accommodation will be provided soon.
